Sara Arsenault joins DBG as Vice President, she is a public policy professional with deep experience in sustainability, regulatory affairs, and corporate engagement. Her career spans industry, government, and consulting, where she has helped organizations navigate the intersection of policy and business to drive meaningful impact.

She has worked closely with policymakers at both the state and federal levels, shaping regulatory frameworks and advancing key initiatives across multiple sectors. Her background includes roles on Capitol Hill, with the California Farm Bureau, and with the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA). Most recently, she led sustainability partnerships at AgSpire, collaborating with some of the world’s largest companies to turn corporate commitments into on-the-ground results.

Today, Sara advises clients on complex political strategies, regulatory issues, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Texas A&M, she brings a science-based, practical perspective to her work where she helps businesses, nonprofits, and policymakers build solutions that last.
